The site... has a lot of possibility. What other people would probably see as hopeless decay and neglect, i see as freedom do do as i like (because noody is attached to anything).

The site has many possibilities, although it will need real imagination to transform its drab and institutional feel. The rooms need to be opened up-in particular the main office (see plan).Although it is tempting to turn the car park area into a garden, the lack of sunlight will leave it mainly in shadow. Car space may prove to be more valuable than a garden off a polluted main London through road! (KK)
